Study Potion AI (a service operated by Musicfy, Inc.) at app.studypotion.ai or studypotion.ai provides these Terms of Service to govern the use of our service. By accessing or using Study Potion AI (referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Study Potion AI provides AI-powered study assistance tools. The Service is subject to change at our discretion.
3. User Accounts
We use Google OAuth for authentication. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
4. Payment and Subscription
We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information.
4.1 Refund Policy
Study Potion AI does not provide refunds for any purchases or subscriptions except in cases where technical issues on our part have severely impacted or prevented service delivery. If you believe you qualify for a refund due to technical damage, please contact us at hi@studypotion.ai with detailed information about the technical issues experienced. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Data Privacy and Security
We store non-sensitive information such as emails and usernames. Sensitive information, including payment details, is securely handled by Stripe. 6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Study Potion AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Study Potion AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of Study Potion AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
